THE VICTORIA HALL IS A COMMUNITY CENTRE THAT CATERS FOR, YOUTH, COFFEE MORNINGS, TI CHI, BALLROOM DANCING, BINGO MEETINGS, EXCERCISE CLASSES,KARATE, RUMMAGE SALES, BABMINGTON, MAYORS BALLS AND A FUNCTION ROOM FOR WEDDINGS, PARTIES, AND SOCIAL EVENTS. THE HALL IS USED FOR COUNCIL ELECTIONS, SEMINARS BY THE COUNCILS, BOTH LOCAL AND COUNTY.

The operation and management of Helsby Community Centre for the benefit of the residents of Helsby and the surrounding area, primarily by organising lettings to local community and voluntary groups, those organising leisure activities and other users who provide services to the community.

The Heart of Headcorn is based at a community centre, The Heart of Headcorn Cultural and Community Hub, providing a venue for activities for all sections of our local community.
