As a church, we meet for the furtherance of the Christian faith. We meet in people's homes and once a week at Norton Community Centre, which is open to all. We have a meal every time we meet to encourage a sense of community. We also, through Urban Saints, provide meetings for young people. We interact with the local community through explaining the Christian faith.

During the period the organisation endeavoured to support such charitable causes that would further the objects of the puposes for which the chairty was set up. Support was given to various causes/charities that assist children's health and education and community centres that help the elderly.

In May 2008 we completed all building work and opened the Skillington Community Centre.Skillington Community Centre is used as a village hall and is available for use by local residents and hosts many clubs/societies and events. The Centre also has sports changing rooms and a playing field which is a regular host to local football teams.

To provide a meeting place where members of the local community may carry on social activities

The community centre provides the resources and support for the community within Collingwood Ward.

We run a community centre for the benefit of the local residents. Activities: church services, coffee mornings, adult education classes, meetings, childrens' parties, youth club.

We hold classses in sewing, crafting, yoga, various computer classes, government exercise referral scheme,history and Art. The centre is also the venue for the slimming club, computer club, family history society,and quilting group. We provide a facility for Citizens Advice one morning a week, and also Communities First Drop InCentre, one day a week. Local groups hold meetings.

The hall is used by various organisations in Goonhavern & District. It is used by all ages from children to senior citizens for Gardening Club,Old Cornwall Society,,Guides,Brownies, Cubs,Beavers,Playgroup,Parties and meetings.

Education/training, medical/health/sickness, disability, relief of poverty, overseas aid/famine relief, accommodation/housing, religious activities, arts/culture.

THE CHARITY'S PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES IS TO PROVIDE A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SURROUNDING AREA WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS. THE CHARITY SEEKS TO ACHIEVE THIS THROUGH A RANGE OF SERVICES INCLUDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, LEISURE AND SOCIAL WELFARE ACTIVITIES.

Meeting venue & community centre, activities include - lindal pre school, St Peters Church rainbows & brownies, badminton, keep fit, dog training, parties, annual gala, senior citizen xmas party.

Advice and help to the Local Community

Whitestone Community Centre run the local community centre and make this property available for hire to any group or member of the public for events and personal use. The centre is run as a non profit making business.

We manage a local community centre which is used for both regular local users such as a pre-school, church and youth groups and for private functions. We manage it on behalf of Milton Keynes Council who own the building and the land on which it is built.

We aim to create a space for the entirety of the local community. From within a beautiful former school setting, The Reedham Centre will provide education, community services, and health activities for all ages.

Providing a safe place for youth and community groups to meet.Fund raising for the provision and improvement of facilities at the site.Liaising with other community agents to facilitate a spread of Children's, Youth and other community provision.

Helping the people of Heathfield of all ages and background through the Community Centre's support system, education and recreational facilities.
