KEYS operates a programme of integrated medical, spiritual and community support for individuals with alcohol and drug addiction. The programme is operated by teams comprising mostly of volunteers within churches. It assists in the governance of St John of Jerusalem Primary School, contributes volunteers to the Hackney Winter Night Shelter and St Joseph's Hospice, and hosts the Festival Chorus (a community choir) and an Alcoholics Anonymous group.

SFW is a social inclusion project currently run in Wales made up of people aged 16 and above facing social exclusion through homelessness, substance misuse, mental ill health or cultural issues.
