Bridging the Gap lslington offers trained, supervised volunteer mentors to provide support to people at risk of offending including people who are homeless or addicted to help them to achieve specific short term goals along their chosen path to a more constructive and participative life. We operate in North London, in the area around Islington.

Millom Community Church has a vision to be as a heartbeat at the centre of the local community. We seek to provide support to those in need of spiritual and practical guidance.Our outreach activities include activities for young people from new-born to teenagers of all abilities.Using Christian principles we deliver programmes for freedom from addiction and to promote spiritual well-being.

Offering extensive advice and support via our helpline and website. Supporting members of the autism community during times of crisis due to violence, illness, poverty, substance abuse etc.Organising and hosting a variety of social events and free clubs for autistic people, their families and loved ones. Giving talks and presentations to help raise awareness of autism and Asperger's syndrome.

Provide information and advice and advocacy on misuse of alcohol and other drugs.

Building Blocks is the West Midlands Police Forces charitable trust and only funds projects which are within the West Midlands county. Its main focus is youth and projects which tackle the issues of drug abuse and diverting young people from crime.

Our main goals at LEAP are:To educate the public, the media and policy makers to the failure of current drug policy by presenting a true picture of the history, causes and effects of drug abuse and the crimes related to drug prohibition.

For the relief of children and young people affected by the use of alcohol and other drugs , by providing /assisting in counselling support, education and information to them ,parents or carers; Applications for a grant will be considered by the trustees twice a year. St Patrick's Hall Organisation Consett provides a substantial community facility and services for the benefit of the people of Consett and surrounding areas. The hall is used by groups such as Slimming World, Alcoholics Anonymous, Keep Fit groups, Various education courses are run e.g. photography, cookery, Lunch clubs and a dementia cafe also take place.

The Charity exists to help those who are caught in addiction and problems assoiciated with addiction. Particularly it helps those with alcohol and drug abuse problems. It operates primarily in Ipswich, Suffolk and would look to walk alongside clients, to get to know them and point them in the right direction to help with the addiction. This may be towards recovery programmes, local churches.

Working with voluntary organisations and communities to restore hope, purpose and belief in the oppressed and down-trodden. Through outreach, resourcing and direct aid the Charity aims to work with individuals and communities dealing with the cause and effects of poverty, homelessness, unemployment, substance addiction, offending behaviour and mental health issues.

The principal activities of the organisation during the year under review were that of preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. The organisation was also engaged in prompting, preserving and protecting the physical and spiritual well-being of members. The organisation also provided free seminars and workshops on matters such as Youth empowerment, Marriage sustenance, Drug & Alcohol abuse etc

To relieve poverty and assist homeless persons and rough sleepers living in the Humber region and the City of Kingston upon Hull who are in need, in particular but not exclusively by helping assist in the provision of temporary and permanent accommodation, information, advice, employment, education and assistance. Also signposting on issues relating to healthcare, addiction and housing.

We preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we train people to become followers of Jesus, we help drug addicts and alcoholics come out of their conditions employing spiritual principles. We strengthen marriages, we train young people who want to enter into marriage. We reach out to the community and provide various activities for the youth such as: table tennis, snooker, etc.

To raise awareness of Adult ADHD and campaign for mandatory ADHD screening throughout the Criminal Justice System, Addiction and Homeless services in the UK. To actively promote ADHD training for Teachers. For ADHD screening to be mandatory from the age of five, and at every transition, in UK schools. Campaigning to stop the School-to-Prison Pipeline.

Our Volunteers provide medical triage, first aid as appropriate and a safe haven for visitors to Maidstone night time economy at week ends. During the week we support various health schemes aimed at young people including alcohol and drug abuse and sexual health screening.

Carers to people whose loved ones or relatives are are suffering from Alcoholism Drug Addiction or Substance misuse.

Sunday meetings for preaching, teaching, worship, prayer: Coffee mornings provide instruction, support, fellowship: Support groups - drug & alcohol rehabilitation, mental health, veterans, other support groups as requested. Evening meetings provide teaching, encouragement, support, and fellowship: Support to the community: Operational base for Street pastors evening patrols, Place of Welcome.

We provide free at the point of delivery services around substance misuse, providing advocacy and recovery coaching to the most marginalised and vulnerable individuals in our society. We give clients the opportunity to recovery and rediscover their life goals as well as providing them with a toolbox of health coping strategies to reduce the risk of relapse.

We find single person accommodation in the private sector for veterans who are or at risk of being homeless or in prison and provide ongoing support during their tenancy for problems that led to their situation or with their tenancy or benefits. We refer issues such as mental health, alcohol or drug misuse, or debt, to specialist partners. We provide access to employment and lifeskills training,

TO RELIEVE THE EMOTIONAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, BEHAVIOURAL, LEARNING OR/AND SOCIAL DIFFICULTIES OF YOUTHS BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT FOR SUCH PERSONSTHE RELIEF OF MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ILLNESS RESULTING FROM ALCOHOL OR DRUG ADDICTION OR FROM OTHER FORMS OF DEPENDANCE ASSOCIATED WITH COMPULSIVE BEHAVIOUR OR WITH STRESS OR DEPRESSION.

Skipton Temperance Hall Fund makes donations to local charities involved in a) helping people with alcohol or drug problems, b) organisations which help people in need, c) organisations which encourage a healthy lifestyle and d) organisations involved in youth work.

The objects of the charity shall be for the benefit of the public to support and further all or any charitable activities carried out in connection with the Church of England in the episcopal area of Bradford in the Diocese of Leeds with special emphasis on serving the needs pf vulnerable people, build good community relations, meet the needs of those blighted by any form of addiction.
