Talan's Trust fund raise to help fund a full time researcher into Rhabdomyosarcoma, a childhood cancer. The researcher is based at the ICR, Royal Marsden Hospital, Surrey.Talan's trust also raise awareness of childhood cancer at their events run throughout the year. These include an annual run, the Bath half marathon, the London marathon and varying events in Cornwall.

We raise funds to support the running costs of the Delamere Cancer Support & Information Centre, Halton Hospital. This provides services to cancer patients, their families & friends in the Halton and Warrington areas, including complementary therapies, refreshments, counselling, wig fitting, a cancer rehab course and a course on wig/scalp care & make-up.

Our initial aim was to help treatment of children and adolescents with cancer in Malawi by supporting purchase of vital chemotherapy and funding the employment of a new nurse(s). We are a Breast Cancer Dragon Boat Team based in Greater Manchester. We support all those who have undergone treatment for cancer and their family and friends. Dragon Boat paddling is a fun exercise and is beneficial particularly following breast cancer treatment in view of the upper body movement.
