We are a Construction and Built Environment sector charity raising funds to develop support networks for people in our sector dealing with cancer; developing guidance and advice including on how to reduce the risk of cancer and promote health and well being; and raising money to fund research to improve the science behind prevention, detection and treatment of cancer for everyone.

The charity provides support for cancer patients and their families and organises mettings and talks (by surgeons and oncologists)every 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month. Skilled healers and a counsellor are available. Telephone support and up to date information is also offered.

To provide families of children with brain tumours accommodation when travelling to any hospital within the Northumberland and Tyne and Wear Foundation Trust from out of the local area.To provide for the development of research into practical applications for the prevention, treatment and cure of children's' brain cancer, particularly low grade gliomas. Robocap supports the development of robotic urology surgery in the three counties.Each year we consider bids from Urology Departments. In 2018/19 our main objectives are to:Facilitate teaching of robotic surgery;Fund Ultrasonic and MRI diagnostic equipment; Make MRI images available during robotic surgery;Identify areas where additional equipment would speed recovery after surgery.

Weekly 1 day meetings 10.30-3.30 to provide physical & emotional support for cancer sufferers & those in remission. Therapy is provided, meals, discussion groups, visiting speakers. Opportunity to develop new skills & hobbies. Excursions 2-3 times per year. Transport provided for hospital appointments.

We are a small charity raising monies for the improvement of entertainment facilities for teenagers and young children in the Piam Brown unit and the teenage cancer trust unit, Southampton General Hospital.

The object of the charity is to advance education and wellbeing, by assisting in the establishment and operation of facilities at the University of Tartu in Estonia and other similar research facilities. The facilities are designed for the purposes of transgenic tumour research.

Off road and on road cycling as a means of improving physical fitness, improving quality of life and providing greater peace of mind through the sharing of experiences of prostate cancer with fellow sufferers.

The charity's principal activity during the year was to promote and protect the physical and mental health of children suffering from cancer. To relieve sickness by assisting research into the nature, causes, diagnosis and prevention of cancer. To promote and protect the mental health of the families of children suffering from cancer.

We operate with 15 miles of Rugby town centre, we offer financial grants of up to £1000 to sufferers of cancer for assistance in utilities, travel to treatment and appointments, therapies and general help around their homes.

Janes Wish is a local charitable organisation with the purpose of organising and funding days out and activities for children affected by cancer in Sussex. We hope to enrich thousands of young lives and bring a smile to those who need it most.
