Provide support to families with children suffering from Cancer by funding complimentary therapy service comprised of a Complementary therapy Nurse Specialist (CTNS). Provided at the children?s hospital beds at GOSH or within a complimentary therapy room. Families can also benefit from speaking with the nurse about their treatment. The charity also supports a number of community activities.

Support to children and their families who have been affected by childhood leukaemia and cancer for the public benefit ofa) access to information and services of complementary therapies in meditation and relaxation, nutrition, exercise and counsellingb) mentoring and coachingc) grant funding organisations undertaking research to improve treatments for childhood cancer and leukaemia.

Sandville Self Help Foundation provides physical, emotional and social support to people living with life limiting or life changing conditions. Services are delivered mainly at the centre by trained staff and volunteers. We offer a variety of exercise, hydrotherapy, complementary therapies, support groups, bereavement support, respite, all with the aim of improving wellbeing and quality of life.
