Islamic Fatwa Board (IFB) is concentrating on the UK activities to support primarily but not exclusively the poor families of Bangladeshi heritage. IFB?s work in Bangladesh will continue to fall. IFB aims to promote the benefit of disadvantaged people of ethnic minorities through education, training, matrimonial counselling and employment opportunities.

FAP has a collaborative ethos, fostering dialogues between the fields of psychoanalysis, social sciences, humanities, and the arts, as well as public and private institutions. Main activities include:the operation of a supplementary school to support children in disadvantaged communites in Birmingham and Sandwell;the relief of unemployment by providing training to unemployed;the preservation of good health through health awareness of elderly people; andthe empowerment of disadvantaged people and single mothers, through counselling and mentoring.

Our current activities are music & dancing, youth clubs, arts and drama, choir practices, musical education, health education, drug and alcohol counselling, providing housing for those affected by alcohol and drugs.

Ending Life's Taboo offers rapid access to counselling provision for young adults within the age range of 18 and 45 years old when they receive a terminal or end of life diagnosis. Ending Life's Taboo operates in North East Essex and Suffolk. Young adults with cancer or non cancer illnesses are able to access the provision.
