Our organisation is designed to enhance the well-being of older people living with Dementia by promoting independence and foster social connection. Our day care centre provides dementia specific, person-centred care to meet the needs of the individual person with Dementia in a warm, welcoming, and safe environment.

Forget-me-not Chorus supports those living with and alongside dementia through the power of song. Inclusive singing sessions in community, care home, hospital and online settings empower participants to use their creative voice: stimulating pride, improving wellbeing and challenging stigma. FMNC began in South Wales in 2011 but has now expanded its musical community across Wales and the UK.

Arts 4 Dementia exists to a) advance public understanding of dementia; andb) to relieve those living with dementia, including those who support or care for them, in particular through access to the arts and provision of therapeutic intervention related to the arts. It focuses particularly on the benefit of arts activities for people living in the community.

WiSE's core services include befriending, information, and advice, grass cutting, a transport scheme, a memory cafe to support those living with dementia and their carers and regular social activities to reduce isolation and loneliness. The charity also runs the WiSE Owl cafe which is a highly popular community cafe based in Boston Spa.

St Peter's Church is a community of people seeking to follow Jesus Christ. Our purpose is to demonstrate the love of God in word and action to the people of Oundle and the world beyond. We seek to partner with others who share this aim in the Diocese, the nation and the world. Schools work, youth groups, dementia care, discussion groups, mission giving, foodbank are just some key core activities.

The World Dementia Council is collaborating with global partners to: Drive forward progress in finding cures or disease modifying therapies for dementia, in line with the G8 declaration made following the Dementia Summit in 2013.

To promote, maintain, improve and develop public education and appreciation of the art of vocal music in multiple genres, including (but not limited to) opera, jazz, music theatre, choral, cabaret, folk and To relieve the needs of children and others with special needs or disabilities, and older people with dementia in particular by creating and delivering public musical concerts and workshops.

Current activities include: gymnastics exercise programme which is both dementia-friendly and age-friendly; hardship grants programme; sports leadership programme for parents interested in a career in sport and living in a deprived area, combined with a pre-school gymnastics course for their children; Gym Challenge in special school; gym day for Chernobyl children.

The charitable purposes of the Company are to provide a wide varied range of Services to support, Guide, inform, stimulate and comfort People living with Dementia, their Carers and families within the local community. Our area of operation is Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead, Slough and Langley.

The Good Company People carries out its purposes by providing relief to (a) people who are experiencing loneliness and social isolation and/or experiencing cognitive changes, living with dementia or other disabilities and (b) to their informal carers. Our beneficiaries will usually be over the age of 65 but TGCP does not limit its services solely to the elderly.

Music24 currently provides music therapy and other music-related activities that benefit health and wellbeing to various groups of people, including but not limited to: people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, neuro-disabilities and dementia. Our expertise lie within offering community music therapy groups, community choirs, singing cafes and one-to-one music therapy.

Emmanuel Church, Leftwich, Northwich CW9 8BJ provides a place for Christian worship for the surrounding community. We encourage people to live out their faith and support mission and outreach work.
