We provide opportunity for interaction between deaf and hearing people. We provide access to information, training and recreational activites for deaf and hard of hearing people.

Grow for Life provides therapeutic gardening and training for people struggling in life, especially those suffering from mental ill health, with the aim of increasing their confidence and self esteem. Through training and practical work, its trainees gain social and horticultural skills, thereby giving them a route into employment or meaningful activity.

Sporting Wellness provides professional mental health support to representative sportspeople over the age of 16, across all sports. We also raise awareness of the importance of positive mental health in sport via our events, digital channels, partnerships and the ambassador athletes we work with.
