Provide free tailored functional fitness program to people post cancer treatment

The Trust's mission is to make sure that Meriden and its surrounding area is well served by sports facilities into the foreseeable future, supporting the core operating costs of Meriden Sports Park and providing small grants to encourage other sports and recreational initiatives in the area.

The Trust provides a wide and diverse range of activities for older people in Sawbridgeworth. Activities include quizzes, outings, keep fit, cooked lunches, cinema experience, chiropody, hearing aid support, art, I.T. training, whist, bingo, musical afternoons, poetry goup and the opportunity for social interaction aimed at avoiding isolation and depression among older people.

Working to advance education and provide good mental health and wellbeing among parents/carers in North East Essex by providing and assisting in the provision of programmes and workshops in parenting skills, family support and other related activities in order that their children may develop into emotionally and physically able adults.

Inside Out provides programmes of therapeutic arts activities for people either recovering from mental ill health or experiencing a crisis of wellbeing. Arts workshops run throughout the year in Ipswich, Suffolk, led jointly by professional artists and mental health professionals. Inside Out is committed to promoting arts and mental health in the wider population.

We provide trained parent volunteers to Devon neonatal units so that new parents can to talk to someone who has been there before, without having to leave their new baby's side. This can be a one-off information and advice session or become regular mentoring and befriending. SNUG also operate an online forum and run monthly post-neonatal groups, all across Devon.

Haddon Charity for Performing Arts (formerly known as HCPA) core mission is to tackle the barriers deprivation creates using Performing Arts as the tool to achieve this.HCPA runs weekly activities and supports a wide variety of children and young people specialising in SEN children and children with mental health needs. Our activities include all areas of Performing Arts.

The Orchestra made up of police officers, police staff and other members of the extended police family each year performs at different venues around the country raising money for a number of different charities. A mini tour of India took place in February 2008. Charity Concerts included Warwick Arts Centre for Fighting Blindness and the annual Proms Concert at Symphony Hall in December.

Young and Sweet provide services to young people in Haltwhistle and the surrounding areas. Through informal learning young people will learn about and develop their emotional, physical and mental health. The young people will have the opportunity to be actively involved in their communities. Youth workers support young people to reach their goals through planning, support and encouragement.
