Briars Field is a Forest School Mindfulness and Well-Being facility for SEN children and young people set in 2 acres in Chobham, Surrey. We offer a fully safe area for outdoor and forest activities plus pony therapy. The need we fill is for moderate and severely disabled young people and those with mental health diagnosis who often cannot access outdoor spaces. Over 200 children a year attend.

Manor Community Transport is a community organisation and registered C.I.O. operating in the Manor Estate and surrounding areas of Sheffield offering support and specialised transport to disadvantaged, older people with disabilities and dementia in one of the most deprived areas of Sheffield..

Help the Child raises funds through a number of events throughout the year, with the purpose of providing items of specialist equipment and educational toys for children with special educational needs, physical disability or sensory impairment within Somerset.

The purpose of the centre is to meet the needs of the local community, We want to build up community cohesion and increase the number of activities that we provide for the local community. These are weekly OAP meals weekly youth groups, mom's and carers groups twice weekly, craft sessions, dementia cafe', bereavement hub, homeless families in need. The Centre is attached to Excel Church Bilston.

We deliver mental health programmes to the rugby and sporting community, building teams of mental health champions and providing a safe environment to educate on mental health, split into different areas for discussion. For example: what is mental health? Dealing with stress etc. We also provide Mental Health First Aid training via our support network of qualified trainers.

We raise funds by selling merchandise from our office and online at our website. Our supporters also raise funds by holding events etc which they give to us to use for the donations that we make. We donate money to cancer research centres around the world. The money we donate goes directly into cancer research programmes in research centres.

The Smallest Things is a premature baby charity promoting the good health of babies born prematurely and supporting families after neonatal intensive care.The charity supports children and their families on a lasting journey, from advocating for exended parental leave after birth, to helping teachers to better support the educational needs of children born prematurely in school.

The Foundation will provide packages of therapeutic support to families identified in need of support. The intervention will consist of a joined up approach of ?Mindfulness? with ?Fusion Therapeutic Life Coaching? to promote mental wellbeing and the prevention of mental ill health. We transport sick children and pregnant women from villages in Uganda, to healthcare facilities. This reduces the length and severity of suffering and helps babies to be born as healthy as possible.
