Our Aims To set up medical centres in those areas where none exist so basic medical treatment can be provided for children and elderly people. A lot of people are suffering with diseases such as malaria, tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis-c, diabetes and cancer. These diseases are gaining epidemic proportions in the region and people cannot afford the treatment. Our aim is to help with treatment.

Through scholarships and grants Imara-Uganda Education Fund supports the education of 32 disadvantaged children and young people, The charity provides educational facilities and materials for schools. The charity is providing funds for the building of a secondary school for the blind and other students next to their primary school in the Lira area. The first phase opened in February 2024.

Provision of person centered holistic support/care in Norfolk, who are experiencing distress or having difficulties living independently,including people experiencing mental health problems; learning difficulties;life changing illness; older persons, including support to individuals who have been diagnosed with life changing illnesses such as cancer, to promote wellbeing and assist recovery.

The Charity exists to help those who are caught in addiction and problems assoiciated with addiction. Particularly it helps those with alcohol and drug abuse problems. It operates primarily in Ipswich, Suffolk and would look to walk alongside clients, to get to know them and point them in the right direction to help with the addiction. This may be towards recovery programmes, local churches.

The Trust supports causes both in the UK and abroad, specifically, but not limited to Dorset, where the founding family are based. The trustees wish the Trust to support disadvantaged children and young people and those individuals undergoing cancer treatment, encourage animal welfare, and promote community and social inclusion. Working with voluntary organisations and communities to restore hope, purpose and belief in the oppressed and down-trodden. Through outreach, resourcing and direct aid the Charity aims to work with individuals and communities dealing with the cause and effects of poverty, homelessness, unemployment, substance addiction, offending behaviour and mental health issues.

Mustard Seed Autism Trust supports the physical and mental health of autistic children, their parents and siblings. This is delivered through occupational therapy, specialist work, parent workshops and courses, resources and loan of equipment, advice line, and sibling support groups. The charity works with families living within 10 miles of Farnborough, Hampshire.

The principal activities of the organisation during the year under review were that of preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. The organisation was also engaged in prompting, preserving and protecting the physical and spiritual well-being of members. The organisation also provided free seminars and workshops on matters such as Youth empowerment, Marriage sustenance, Drug & Alcohol abuse etc

To support people who are feeling suicidal, who are despairing, in distress or in need of emotional support. This is achieved by providing 24 hour telephone support, and an email, SMS and face to face service, to enable such people to receive immediate help and support whenever required

The Alexa Trust supports parents with babies in neonatal. Currently we are fundraising for our Neonatal Breastfeeding Support Appeal. To date we have donated breast pumps and bottle sterilisers. We are also involved with refurbishing a breastfeeding room and setting up a donor milk depo at the William Harvey Hospital, Ashford.

The main function of the PCSA(CE) is to raise public awareness concerning prostate cancer, support men and their loved ones through meetings, establish a number of small local support groups, campaign for effective screening and where circumstances allow, carry out PSA (blood) tests.

Inbetweenears raises money to help young adults from 18 to 40 who have brain tumours. The charity raises awareness of this dreadful disease and contribute some of the money raised to Brain Tumour Research.

The Friends of St Andrews (FOSA) are volunteers who coordinate a year round programme of activities to raise funds to support educational and local community activities and projects. Each year the FOSA work towards raising funds for a school/community project as well as an external charity. The 2020/21 selected charity is "The Brain Tumour Charity".

The Camberley Alzheimer Cafe CIO offers 2 services.1. Monthly cafe for people with dementia and their carers to socialise and learn about the emotional side of dementia. All is free to the public including refreshments.2. Educational courses for the public and professionals regarding dementia. The Charity funds medical research in the areas of paediatric haematology, paediatric oncology and invasive fungal infections attributable to the high infection risk of blood cancer patients. We support the future care, diagnosis and treatment of children with blood cancer to help save children's lives.

Assist persons who are suicidal, in distress or despair by providing a service primarily intended for the benefit of persons in Cumbria and the surrounding area (but without specific limitations as to area) to enable such people to receive immediate help, compassion, and befriending in accordance with Samaritan procedure, where appropriate referral to persons having specialist/professional skills
