Horse Fair is a purpose built care home offering Dementia, Nursing, Residential, Respite and End of Life care. Horse Fair Care Home also provides specialist care for young people with physical disabilities. The principal objective of the charity is to help raise the profile of MDS, a life threatening condition that is under recognised when compared to mainstream cancer conditions which receive greater levels of funding across the board and in particular for training and development purposes.
