Sandwell African Caribbean Mental Health Foundation provides services predominantly for Black African, Caribbean, Black dual heritage adults recovering from mental illness and the wider community. Beneficiaries reside in and around Sandwell. Streetz Ahead is a registered charity that provides dance, performing arts and mentoring opportunities to over 1000 young people every week. They believe that dance is essential to a healthy society. Our main service uses music to benefit people with dementia and their carers. People can access Music Therapy @ Home, Together in Song singing groups in care homes (led by trained volunteers), Music Therapy in care homes and Sing 2 Remember groups in the community and Mindset. We also provide programmes for people with chronic lung disease and other health conditions through Social Prescribing.

The main purpose of the charitable funds held on trust is to apply the income for charitable purposes relating to the general or any specific purposes of the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust or to purposes relating to the Health Service.
