Dose of Nature is a mental health charity that promotes the mental health benefits of engaging with the natural world. We offer a 10-week nature prescription to individuals with mental health problems referred to us by their GP. In addition, we deliver wellbeing workshops to non-clinical groups in which participants learn about and experience the benefits of an increased connection with nature.

We are a Christian organisation, who set out to help those in the church who are homeless and in addiction from Alcohol and Drugs. We found that people without faith where willing to come in to rehab, knowing that we have a Christian ethos. We do not discriminate against any one that wishes to come for help. We go on the streets of Middleborough, Sunderland and Newcastle helping all in need.

The core Church activities include weekly Sunday worship services, house groups, regular age appropriated meetings (Parent & Toddlers, Sunday School, Youth Group etc), and also special conferences and seasonal events.
