SisterWood holds forest school style sessions for young women and those that idenfity as female aged 12-16, who are struggling with their mental health. These sessions include listening circles, nature connection and communal cooking as well as learning practical skills, yoga, singing and other mindfulness based activities to help them build a toolkit for mental health and wellbeing.

The Charity uses donations received to help preserve and protect the health of patients of the Market Lavington Surgery by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities, support services and equipment not normally provided by the statutory authorities.

The Charity provides a safe and inclusive space for children and young adults to learn boxing skills whilst having fun. The National GB Awards delivered by the Club, encourage healthy eating and exercise together with a positive mental attitude. Boxers become self-confident learning that hard work and determination offers better life choices and anger and stress can be managed safely.
