We seek through our activities & counselling, to improve the mental health and wellbeing of our community and support them with access to essential items such as food, clothes and basic utilities when needed. Activities include craft groups, music, and youth group activities. Our beneficiaries include the BAME community, homeless, drug & alcohol addicts. We operate in Southend on Sea

Promote community participation in healthy recreation for the benefit of children and young people up to the age of 18 residing in Devon, Herefordshire and Somerset. This is done by providing grants, facilities and educational support which will help enable them or others to participate in football and promote a healthy lifestyle. To actively promote and raise awareness of bowel cancer nationally.

The objects of the centre are to support families under pressure with children aged 0 to 8. This includes healthy eating schemes, parenting skills, money management, education and caring for the children.

Volunteers are Christians with a love and concern for society. They are available to help people coming out of pubs and clubs to find their way home safely on Friday and Saturday nights. They will provide support through signposting, giving out flipflops, handing out water, picking up and disposing of glass bottles, and waiting with those in need of medical support from the Ambulance service.

Provides free physiotherapy for elderly people in their own homes.

We are a counselling and psychotherapy charity that provides a low-cost contribution-based service to anyone in need of support in communities that would not usually access one to one talking therapies.
