Regional Arthritis Hydrotherapy Group offer group based hydrotherapy classes for adults suffering from arthritis in Romsey and the surrounding area. The classes are held at Red Lodge Community Pool in Southampton. The classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The hydrotherapy sessions are designed to optimise physical potential by assisting movement in reduced weight bearing exercise

The Charity supports the Shepherd's Hospice and The Connaught CPU in Freetown, Sierra Leone, by making grants to it, supporting a visiting doctor, and making occasional visits. Funds are raised by a variety of fundraising events, and from donations from individuals and organisations.

The aim of the Medway Hindu Mandir is to promote Santana Dharma (Hinduism). During the financial year items bought for the benefit of patients included replacement syringe drivers; a suction pump; a mechanical hoist; and a special mattress. Assistance towards the cost of palliative care training and related conferances was agreed for 9 staff members of the establishments supported.

Ending Life's Taboo offers rapid access to counselling provision for young adults within the age range of 18 and 45 years old when they receive a terminal or end of life diagnosis. Ending Life's Taboo operates in North East Essex and Suffolk. Young adults with cancer or non cancer illnesses are able to access the provision.
