Sending funds to a well known (to the charity) vet in Calpe, Spain for the spay/neutering of feral cats, together with any medical treatment they require and all receive long term pain killer, penicillin, worm injections & frontline flea spray. We previously visited with a vet and nurse once/twice a year carrying out the same work but it was felt a 'permanent' presence was more beneficial.

The Lions Club is part of a world wide service organisation.Locally it raises funds by activities & receives donations, and makes donations locally, nationally & through Lions Clubs International world wide.The club also provides help in other ways to needy people & organisations, such as running and maintaining a local based ambulance/bus, hospital & home visits, garden clearances, etc

LAPS offers support to mothers and their families who have lost a baby. We are sponsoring 2 bereaved parents to attend the sands counselling programme in order for them to start agroup within our local area. The Beau Halo Trust aims to provide a holistic approach to bereavement aftercare when a child or young person passes away with the provision of emotional, practical and financial support to bereaved parents.The Trust currently provides emotional, practical and financial support through the provision of counselling, a comprehensive website (containing online handbooks) and a grant making service.

We fundraise to give Children with cancer, life limiting illness and terminally ill gifts throughout the year.

In its second period the charity has continued fund raising efforts to effect the provision of ambulance services in Kenya.In planning this activity the trustees had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit

The principal activity is Karate and fitness including bike riding and football activities to raise awareness of keeping a healthy living lifestyle by doing regular sporting activities. These activities were not sponsored. Trustees managed to give some contribution toward the realisation of the project. The attendance was great over 110 kids to place and directly benefited from this project.

Food and clothing provided for.
