Life Changes is a community counselling service based in Southampton and providing support for all adults in need of emotional support able to travel to one of its centres. We operate from non-medical community buildings in areas of multiple deprivation and ethnic diversity.

The objects of the Company are to carry on activities which benefit the community and in particular (without limitation) to improve the health and well being of the people of Stockton, Thornaby and surrounding areas, through the provision of education, training and workshops in nutrition and healthy cookery.

Tamarind is a mental health charity, we support people from the black and ethnic minority communities of Coventry. We offer counselling, mental health outreach support, group drop in service & day opportunities.

Land of Joy, a residential retreat centre in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, provides group and solitary retreats of varying types - Buddhist and secular, including health and well-being. We welcome people of all ages and walks of life, from any religion or none. In the future, the centre hopes to develop a service for the local community dedicated to end of life care, offering peace and dignity

All-inclusive dance, yoga, singing, performance and fitness programs for Special Educational Needs and the disability community. The charity promotes physical and mental health and wellbeing through lifelong participation in dance, fitness, yoga and related wellbeing activities for all, where neither finance, fitness, ability, disability or family circumstance are barriers to participation.

We are a group of 45 unpaid volunteers who provide search and rescue services to people and animals who find themselves in difficulty, mainly in the countryside. We are available all day every day, whatever the weather. An Operational Support Group aid the Search and Rescue members. We depend on donations and fundraising. We assist both the Police and the Ambulance Service and other services.

Talitha Arts uses creative arts to provide therapeutic arts workshops that benefit people's mental health and wellbeing, particularly survivors of trauma (including women survivors of trafficking and domestic abuse, refugees, and people living with dementia), enabling people to reach their full potential.

The Penguin Sports Foundation provides therapeutic activity in the form of aquatic physiotherapy and accessible sport for children with physical disabilities in North Devon and beyond.We currently provide hydrotherapy 1:1 sessions, a frame running club & a Hydrotherapy after school group session.

Our charity is located in Wolverhampton, West midlands. We understand religious activities, Sunday services for members.We also undergo community activities like sports and dance clubs for the youths, women cooking group activities, counselling for families,women musical group and drama group in the community. We support the Police in our community by donating to thier crime watch magazine.
