We try to meet the spiritual, social, physical and educational needs of the local community through one-to-one and group support. We provide food parcels, clothing, signposting individuals to accommodation, and assistance in preparing for job interviews. We also do hospital, residential care home and prison visits on a quarterly basis.

Diathlete operates practical diabetes educational workshops in schools, workplaces and hospitals; camps for adults with type 1 diabetes; hosts annual events; creates social media diabetes awareness content and fundraises for diabetes causes. The community name of Diathlete is League of Diabetes

Provide transport in an isolated rural area for people unable to get to shops, doctors & hospital. Also transport of a social nature.

Look after the welfare of kidney (Renal) patients of St George's Hospital in Tooting in South London

Grants available for the relief of poverty within the parish of Norton, Northamptonshire.Grants available for specific personal needs within the parish, e.g.,unexpected funeral, item needed for an educational/vocational course, costs of long-term hospital visiting, help with care home fees, etc.

Fund raising activities over last year have included a ladies day which raised over £1200. We have a stall at the local Christmas markets selling our Christmas cards and second hand jewellery raised over £400. The committee hold a meeting once a month and we decided how we are going to spend the money within the hospital for the benefit of the patients and the wider community.

Our charity we went to Sierra Leone, Liberia and Guinea to visit the orphanages, old people home ,we working with and the children that where awarded scholarship by the charity , and also we went and donate items to the mudslide victims and give some financial donation to some of the people that are affected by the mudslide. and we also visited hospitals and donate bedsheet to the hospital.

TO RUN A SHOP WITHIN THE HOSPITAL TO RAISE MONEY WHICH IS THEN USED FOR THE BENEFIT OF PATIENTS USING THE HOSPITAL.

We hold three services each month in our Grade 2 Listed Chapel. We support a number of organisations and local Hospices each year from chapel donations. Our Hall is used most days by various groups a Spiritualist group and the local Society of Friends.The Chapel members also use the Hall for the Members' monthly buisiness meeting.

TO TACKLE LONELINESS AMONG OLD PEOPLE/PATIENTS IN THE CARE HOMES/HOSPITAL; TO RELIEVE POVERTY BY PROVIDING CARE FOR THE NEEDY AND BY COOPERATION WITH OTHERS TO OFFER HELP TO VICTIMS OF WAR AND OTHER MISFORTUNE.

In the humble beginning, the Sunderland congregation had its first Indian Orthodox spiritual gathering at the Sunderland Royal Hospital Chapel on July 8 2004. As a sign of the readiness to share the Christian fraternity, the Sunderland Catholic community and the vicar permitted us to use the chapel for our spiritual needs and worship. The first Holy Qurbana was conducted by Fr Happy Jacob .

The charity assists those in need by reason of ill-health, sickness, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, by the provision of support for children who are enrolled in the nutrition programme in clinics in Ouagadougou and elsewhere in Burkina Faso, including helping families with medical support, hospital costs and operations, both practically and financially as they may arise.

The promotion and encouragement of education and research in Cardiovascular Surgery and Medicione at Charing Cross Hospital and its associated Medical Schools , to promote the study of Nursing and the award of prizes related to these activities

The charity continues to hold raffles and social events for the patients at the hospital. The charity is also involved in maintaining hospital gardens together with another local charity. Occasionally the group join in local charity activities and events.

The rescue and rehabilitation of injured swans, cygnets and other animals, by providing a rescue, hospital and treatment facilities. To also further educate the public on how to reduce suffering to such animals.

The object of the shop is to raise funds to donate to groups/organisations that assist in the provision of support and care and medical aids and equipment to local hospitals/doctors and groups.

We organise events for hospitals, hospices, special needs residences, communal centres for the blind, prisons, using Greek music as therapy. The purpose of the Charity is:1) The promotion of Greek music, 2) The support of musicians and artists3) Outreach work4) Education work in both Greek and schools of all nationalities.
