The Alexa Trust supports parents with babies in neonatal. Currently we are fundraising for our Neonatal Breastfeeding Support Appeal. To date we have donated breast pumps and bottle sterilisers. We are also involved with refurbishing a breastfeeding room and setting up a donor milk depo at the William Harvey Hospital, Ashford.

Friends of Harrogate Hospital, we are all volunteers, we have no paid staff or offices. We raise money to purchase equipment for Harrogate District Hospital to enhance the patient experience. Our area of operation is the same as HDFT

Club facilities given free of charge to aid charity events. This could be equivalent to a saving of £130 the usual charge for hall hire & bar staff. Our premises are used free of charge by The Bristol (Stockwood area) Stroke Club. Also the premises have been offered free of charge to Bristol Children's Hospital for disabled children during school holidays.

Almshouses

We give grants to those going overseas to help in a voluntary capacity in schools, churches and hospitals. The applicant must pay for their travel themselves and not receive any renumeration for the work they will undertake.

Interested in people with physical or mental handicaps: improving quality of life through equipment, activities and holidays;the young: with emphasis on improving prospects of employment by education and meaningful activities; health: improving quality of life of the ill, their carers and the old at home or in hospital.

We try to meet the spiritual, social, physical and educational needs of the local community through one-to-one and group support. We provide food parcels, clothing, signposting individuals to accommodation, and assistance in preparing for job interviews. We also do hospital, residential care home and prison visits on a quarterly basis.
