To promote and improve the quality of life and opportunities for patients of the Spinal and Neuro Rehab Unit atLlandough Hospital by providing a range of facilities for in-patients and their families.The trustees meet on a monthly basis to plan fund raising events.It is a policy of the charity not to make grants to individuals, but to provide material comfort for all spinal patients.

We run 40 bed hospital. Educate children (orphans & widows). Support widows. All free.

To provide hospital transport for the elderly and infirm.To provide a healthy, reasonably priced, lunch every Monday in the local Church Hall and an opportunity for social interaction for the elderly of Lee-on-the-Solent.

Awarding grants for clinical staff to attend courses which will increase their qualifications, or improve their medical understanding, or to attend conferences and training periods. Research. Providing funding towards research projects and helping staff attend specialist conferences worldwide to increase their knowledge and share their expertise.

The trust was registered in 1915. Its purpose was to assist TB patients and their families. The Trust aims to give money to help purchase those items which fall outside the scope of the statutory Social Services and NHS. In recent years the following organisations have benefited:St Francis Hospital, Katete, Zambia, GROW and TB Alert.

Fund raising consists of hospital retail shop. We run various raffles and receive funds from collection boxes placed in retail shops in the area. We also hold a Christmas raffle and bazaar. We also obtain funds from the sale of donated goods. Additional fund raising events are held from time to time as and when decided on by the trustees.

SEKPA is a Registered Charity formed in 1980 to help Kidney Patients in East and West Sussex, from Littlehampton to Rye on the South Coast, to Horsham and East Grinstead inland.Patients are treated at the Sussex Kidney Unit, Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton and at its satellite Dialysis Units at Bexhill, Eastbourne, Worthing and Crawley. Some patients can also carry out treatment at home.

Religious services for all ages, hospital visitation, liaise with authorities on behalf of the elderly, provide education services for children overseas, community music evenings, supporting local charities.
