The League of Friends provides support and services to patients and visitors to Spalding Hospitals. This includes fundraising for the purchase of additional medical equipment and the improvement of the social care of the patients.

We Provides authorised trained volunteers to respond, as directed by Yorkshire Ambulance Service, to life-threatening medical emergencies to the residents and visitors to Skipton and out-lying villages which aims to reduce the number of pre-hospital deaths.In addition to this work we provide information and training to members of the public on Basic life support and first aid.
