We give small donations to local people in need. We have a village meals on wheels service to which we occasionally give donations. We take small gifts to local elderly people in hospital or Care Homes at Christmas time

Prior to reg. as a Charity on the 8th June 2010, RAHFT donated monies to enable a new hospital to be built in Bangladesh. Construction commenced, and earthworks and foundations were built.We held a major fundraising event on 9/10/10. Work has currently ceased due to lack of funds. We have held trustee meetings and workshops to try to plan further fundraising. Similar projects to be commenced in SA

To advance the education of the pupils who attend The Children's Hospital School Leicester, by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities not required to be provided by the Local Authority for education at the school.

PROVISION OF AN EMERGENCY PRE-HOSPITAL IMMEDIATE MEDICAL CARE SERVICE AT THE REQUEST OF THE NORTH WEST AMBULANCE SERVICE. THE CHARITY RAISES MONEY TO BUY EQUIPMENT AND PAY FOR TRAINING FOR PRE-HOSPITAL PRACTITIONERS IN THE LANCASHIRE AND MANCHESTER AREAS OF THE UK TO ENABLE THEM TO VOLUNTEER THEIR SERVICES TO THIS AIM AS WELL AS COORDINATING THEIR GOVERNANCE AND TRAINING.

Support for hospitals - paediatric & maternity. Transylvanian village projects - food, medicines, shelter, schools project, winter clothes, xmas project, summer camps.

We aim to offer support to children who are or have been treated for cancer at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, principally, but not only ward C2. This support extends to their whole family.and can take a number of forms, including: someone to talk to who may of had similar experiences; financial help through a fund administered on our behalf by the ward;funded outings, ward events.

Relief of people suffering from eye conditions in particular but not exclusively by supporting the work of the managed eye care hospital known as ICARE Eye Hospital and Post Graduate Institute (Unit of Ishwar Charitable Trust), New Delhi, India, by assisting in the provision of treatment for those who are blind or otherwise suffer from eye related problems and facilities for eye care and research

We run a teabar in Outpatients Dept at Shotley Bridge Hospital. Outside of this we run fundraising events ie coffee mornings, seasonal fayre's and a flag day. All monies raised go back into the community via medical equipment. Patient comforts on wards & in Outpatient Dept.

To raise monies to relieve patients and former patients of Andover War Memorial Hospital and Healthcare centres and other invalids in the community who are sick, convalescent, disabled or infirm and generally to support the charitable works of the Hospital and Healthcare centres

Assisting the local hospital by donation,raffles and various fund raising activities.

Our initial project is to acquire land in Charsada, Pakistan, the area affected by the floods in 2010, and construct a basic health unit on it, to serve 200,000 local people without access previously to healthcare. We will then constuct a complete hospital, including a maternity unit.

The Charity raises money to buy equipment & pay for training for doctors in the Northwest of the UK (Cumbria, Lancashire & North Cheshire) to enable them to volunteer their services to this aim as well as coordinating their governance & training.

Providing funding for training medical personnel in civilian hospitals nationally also funding training for military nursing staff for injured military personnel. Purchasing equipment to cascade training and items for education.

Supporting vision-impaired children, young people and their families in Shropshire. We offer funding for assistive technology and equipment. Organise trips that improve confidence, wellbeing and socialisation. Equipment for the hospital

Raise funds to purchase equipment for hospitals and reaseach establishments

The Charity has constructed a Maternity Hospital in Ukana, a remote rural town in Enugu State, Eastern Nigeria. Its completion has made available a local hospital that serves all the neighbouring towns. Babies are being delivered there with the support of trained midwives. The Charity is now in the process of trying to acquire essential medical equipment and still needs ongoing financial support.
