The provision of recreational & leisure facilities in the interest of social welfare and the quality of life in adults aged 19 and over who have physical and learning disabilities in particular through the provision of equipment and services to the John Daniel Centre and to other groups and organisations not provided from statutory funds.

Bolton Neuro Voices works with five local support groups (Stroke, ME. Parkinson's. MS and Motor Neurone Disease) and also with individuals with rarer conditions to improve quality of life. It provides a range of services including links to statutory bodies, information and access to hydrotherapy and dry exercise. Involvement in these activities facilitates mutual support and reduces isolation.

We raise funds through our hospital shop, selling drinks and snacks and Bric-a-Brac We also hold an Easter and Christmas Raffle each year. The funds are given to the hospital by purchasing equipment for the ward, physiotherapy unit, podiatry and chiropody unit and other clinics.

Weekly riding sessions to 12 disabled children. To compliment their physiotherapy and to improve their core strength, coordination , mental well being and sense of achievement . We operate at Ford Farm stables Burley road, Brockenhurst.

To assist in the treatment and care of people suffering from Long-Term Conditions by providing appropriate facilities, equipment and services that promote health and independence. We offer clients with LTC's Hydrotherapy services such as Aquafit and Aquarobics. Hydrotherapy is commonly used to support clients recovering from conditions including joint replacements, fibromyalgia, arthritis & stroke

The Jack Price Project operates in Bali, Indonesia for children disadvantaged by health or poverty, to provide access to sports & leisure activities and facilities such as yoga, basketball, soccer, swimming and hydrotherapy. Also facilitating access to healthcare and support for the advancement of education, which may include financial assistance for travel, clothing and medicine.

To provide financial assistance to individual and charitable cases, within the local areas surrounding the town of Clitheroe, Lancashire, in relation to healthcare, nursing and social needs.

We provide specialist equipment for children in Perseid Special School. Examples include specially adapted minibus with wheelchair lift (enables pupils take part activities in community; building of hydrotherapy pool;provision of IT and Communication Aids; Plasma Touch Screens; Special playground equipment; Visits to theatre by the children; Funding of activities to support curriculum;

THE ADVANCEMEMT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO HAVE SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROVISION, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPY, PHYSIOTHERAPY AND ADDITIONAL HELP, CARE AND ASSISTANCE WHICH THEY MAY REQUIRE TO ASSIST WITH THEIR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT.

The Object of the Friends is to relieve patients and former patients of the Home Physiotherapy Service and generally to support the charitable work of the said Home Physiotherapy Service.

Accomplishments 2012 - 2021:-Tom Mboya School for Children with Cerebral Palsy: Renovation, fees and school bus provision-Oloolua Special School: Fees provision-Lamu School for mentally disabled children: Refurbishment and fees provision-Acorn Special School: Fees, built physiotherapy unit, begun construction of training centre as first phase of new project-University/college sponsorship

Provide services to members with post strokes. Social activities, meetings. outings,physiotherapy, speach therapy, advice and companionship.

Supporting team basis of healthcare treatment such as physio, hydrotherapy and medicines (otherwise not available in NHS and not self funded.) We plan to improve shared help via shared care booklets and advising visitors with needs who call at our shop.

The Charity organises various fundraising activities, the main one being the South West Coastal Path Walk 2006 and 2008, River Boat Trip and we also receive kind donations. This enables us to achieve our Charity's aim and provide local CF people with medical, physiotherapy equipment and resources thus improving their quality of life and also helping the CF Trust into finding a cure for CF.

Our charity has been successful over the past years in providing a wide range of facilities including hydrotherapy, soft-play & multi-sensory rooms, the smaller toys & exciting equipment too. There are no paid employees of the charity. Currently our main emphasis is to provide residential holiday experiences for every child/young person in school on a rotational basis.

We teach basic physiotherapy techniques to health care personnel in those countries where funding or training opportunities for physiotherapy is poor.

Fund raising and donation of funds for the advancement of the education of the pupils in Claremont School.Enable access to therapeutic treatment, exercise and improved wellbeing for disabled children and young adults, by providing and maintaining a hydrotherapy pool. The pool will benefit the children of Claremont Secondary School and disabled children / young adults in the Bristol area.

Raising funds to provide a hydrotherapy pool for people with profound and multiple learning and physical disability in South West Wales

The friends are not currently fundraising.Funds held will be used as follows.Waterwing (hydrotherapy) Hydrotherapy pool maintenance as required.Minibus To school fund when new minibus is fundraised.General Supply items not available from school budget.

Support of physiotherapists, particularly trainees, wishing obtain experience in the field of sports' physiotherapy.

Breathe was established in 2002 to raise funds to help children with illnesses through the purchase of equipment and services.Breathe has been able support a number of hospitals and care providers in the South East by providing equipment including a paediatric ventilator, patient monitoring unit, specialist cot cooling equipment and physiotherapy equipment.

The charity is currently inactive.When it runs it provides a specialist exercise service for individuals with neurological conditions . The group operates from the with the University of Birmingham. It runs once a week on a Wednesday within 45 minute session. Each patient is alloacted a physiotherapy student and exercise rehabiliation is provided.
