We maintain and promote the historic monument of the Map of Australia the near Compton Chamberlayne in Wiltshire. Using local volunteers we keep the map visible with working parties and maintain a website to ensure that the history of those Australian servicemen that passed through Hurdcott Camp and the servicemen interned in the Commonwealth burial grounds nearby are remembered.

To research and record the history of the fire brigades which exist and/or existed within the original Surrey county boundary. To acquire and maintain a collection of fire service appliances, memorabilia, photographs. records and other artifacts associated with the fire brigades within Surrey. To provide assistance and support toward research and education in relation to fire service history.

We are a Charity dedicated to raising funds for the maintenance and improvement of our 11th Century Parish to enable wider use to the community. We fund raise in order to do this by local means and hopefully by charitable donations.

The War Poets Association Ltd promotes interest in the work, life and historical context of poets whose subject is the experience of war or conflict. It is interested in war poets of all periods and nationalities, with a primary focus on 1900 to the present.
