4 newsletters were published in 2024. 10 talks were delivered to other organisations. The Society was represented at the BLHN annual conference. Membership decreased from 98 to 93. The 2025 AGM was held online. The strategic plan and a risk register were reviewed and an action plan agreed. With the Society's help the Wycombe Museum put on a display put on a temporary display about John Hampden.

We provide a weekly programme encouraging the development of high standards of art in photography via lectures, demonstrations, workshops and competitions. Every 4 or 5 weeks, we have club outings for our members to locations in the countryside, museums and historic properties for making images.Details of our programmed activities can be found at www.accringtoncameraclub.org.uk

1. Hold and arrange for public display of two collections of art, namely one of African Art (currently in Pitt Rivers Museum, Oxford) and one of Portrait Miniatures (currently in Compton Verney, Warks). 2. Make grants to organisations out of income.

To encourage the wider appreciation of the work of Nottingham Museums, and give financial help in purchasing artefacts.

Promenade run cultural events periodically. We open the Rose Street Cottage of Curiosities 3-4 days a week. This is an old dockyard workers cottage built circa 1800, now a heritage/art centre. In 2018 we ran exhibitions on WW1 and Suffragettes. We ran art exhibitions by local artists. We welcome all visitors local or from further afield.

It is the primary duty of the Trustees to ensure, as far as possible, that the artefacts which make up the Collections accumulated by Julius Lucius Brenchley, and given to Maidstone Museum for the enlightenment of the people of Maidstone, are maintained, preserved and exhibited.

The Art Fund is used to support the acquisition of items for the Museums Collections through purchase,transport, conservation and specialist assessment, initially in Wednesbury but more recently for the collections of Sandwell Council's Museum Services.

Barkway Reading Room is a meeting place for Village organisations as required. The Reading Room now also operates as a small museum with displays about the history of Barkway. All residents in Barkway can use the Reading Room by arrangement with the Parish Clerk

To support Abbey Pumping Station Museum, Leicester, through the provsion of funding for the benefit of the public in:1. the construction / alteration of buildings at the museum.2.exhibits / displays3.publications4.exhibitions, lectures, films, meetingsAll relating to technology / science specifically associated with the Abbey Pumping Station Museum, Leicester.

To advance public education of the D-Day landings by Allied Forces in 1944 and the subsequent campaign to liberate Normandy, through the promotion of and contribution to the D-Day Memorial Garden and the Normandy Battle Museum in Caen, thereby also commemorating the landings, as well as the historical importance and sacrifices made.

The principal aim of the Trust is to enhance the teaching and learning experience of students of Art at Canterbury College by facilitating public art activities in the wider community and by providing opportunities for work experience. In addition the Trust aims to provide financial assistance to enable students of art to visit galleries and other places of art practice.

To provide items and funds for projects which add to the visitor experience at Llancaiach Fawr Manor House - a living history museum set in 1645 during the English Civil War.

The NWFED is an independent membership organisation that exists to support all people working, volunteering or with a professional interest in museums, art galleries and other heritage organisations in the North West. We provide for their development, advocate for their work and strengthen them through partnerships

The Abingdon Museum Friends support the Abingdon County Hall Museum with Volunteers, fundraising, and grants for purchases and upkeep of equipment and/or collections, and to assist in the educational role of the Museum in the local community.

The trustees support general charitable applications and have a special interest in the arts, education and museums.

The Hornby Trust has succeeded in the development of a permanent Frank Hornby Heritage Centre in Maghull and has created a display of Meccano, Hornby & Dinky items covering the initial invention of Meccano in 1900 to Frank Hornby's death in 1936. A permanent heritage centre that includes artwork, ephemera, heritage trails and educational activities working with other notable museums and societies.

The museum contains over 3000 artefacts relating to country life from a bygone age. The museum is open to the public on Sunday afternoon during the summer period and during the Heritage Open Days weekend. It also welcomes private visits throughout the year from clubs and individuals. The museum also organises educational days for schools and loans out items to local shows and events.

To provide and maintain a Museum for the exhibition to the public including members of the Engineering Branch of the Royal Navy of documents artifacts and memorabilia and other items connected with the Engineering Branch, for the purpose of educating the public and members of the Engineering Branch in Engineering and it's traditions from it's conception to the present day.
