The purpose of the charity is promoting the whole mission of the Church. The church is open daily for private prayer and services are held on Sundays, Wednesdays and Christian Festivals, and family occasions. We help older people predominantly living in care homes to enjoy the best possible quality of life through meaningful engagement with friends and neighbours (FaNs) in their surrounding community. Our FaNs initiatives include the Wishing Washing Line, Intergenerational Colchester Up, Young FaNs Club, FaNimals and Care Home Bake-Off.

The Calon Lan Centre seeks to educate, inform and preserve for the benefit of the public the buildings and grounds at Mynyddbach Chapel Swansea which was the birthplace in 1640 of non-conformist religious belief in this part of Wales. The Chapel was also the home Chapel and final resting place of Daniel James the composer of the famous hymn Calon Lan and the Centre seeks to preserve his legacy.

Provide help and support, promote social inclusion, independence and a better quality of home life to the elderly and those of poor mental health, limited finances, failing health or reduced mobility living in South Brent & district. Help is provided by carefully selected, trained & fully supported volunteers & includes: befriending, transport, carer support, group activities & signposting.

UK Pounds have 7 days legally to find the owners of dogs, once that time is up the dogs can be put to sleep. We help find rescue spaces and support the rescues so that homes can be found. We support dogs needing emergency help if owners cannot look after them, short or long term, transport dogs to safety and provide end of life care. We run a neuter campaign reducing the number of unwanted dogs

IBAA is a network of Islington based information, advice, support and guidance providers which delivers support on housing, welfare benefits, job search, immigration and other re-settlement issues to the most disadvantaged, vulnerable and hard to reach BAMER communities in the London Borough of Islington [particularly migrants and asylum seekers].

We provide a daily (mon-Fri) drop-in service for information, support and guidance many issues, including benefits, debt, relationships, health and wellbeing, housing, etc. We provide home visits and advocacy as needed. We offer a community scribe service, job-search help, informal basic skills tuitioin and study support. We encourage volunteering and progression to mainstream work/education.

St Mary's Church Wollaston is a C of E church within the Diocese of Paterborough; a church where all ages are welcome; where practical concern is offered to the poor and disadvantaged and the worship is passionate. Services are held every Sunday, with teaching groups for children and youth; children's and youth groups are also held mid week as well as home groups.

The Trust owns a crescent of properties, the properties are rented out. Tenants are chosen because of their connection to the Borough of Berwick upon Tweed following their service or that of a close family member to the armed forces. Main Charitable Objective To promote humane behaviour towards animals and livestock throughout the United Kingdom by providing appropriate care for domestic or farm animals which are missing or have strayed from their homes and are therefore suffering and in distress by providing and co-ordinating search and rescue operations and through providing education to domestic animal owners.

The purpose of the Goodly Dale Cottage Homes is "to provide accomodation for poor persons of good character each of whom shall not be less than 60 years of age (or 50 if disabled), and shall have been born or lived for 10 of the last 30 years in Windermere and Ambleside Urban Districts, Undermillbeck, Troutbeck and Applethwaite.
