We administrate and maintain the community hall for the benefit of the wider local community, providing a venue for clubs, churches and families, art projects, gardening. The Boatshed Charity now operates out of the Coastal Centre . Our core aim is to offer facilities for use by the community. Help withe beginners IT and information Hub. Christian church operating on Croftlands estate in Ulverston. We hold Sunday services in, usually in Croftlands School. There are several groups meeting during the week in peoples homes for bible study and prayer. We operate a weekly toddler group and also a lunch club. We provide help to those in need. We seek to spread the Gospel to Croftlands estate and see lives transformed by God.

The Project was set up in 1981 by local people for local people to provide community facilities for disadvantaged groups living in the Calder Valley, Luddendenfoot and Todmorden of Calderdale. In addition to developing a number of local community initiatives and not-for-profit social enterprises, the Ground Floor project runs the Salem Community Resource Centre, housing 28 community groups.

FISH Volunteer Centre provides services to the elderly or disabled primarily by driving them to appointments, taking them on shopping trips in the minibus, visiting the lonely in their homes and arranging a monthly afternoon tea as a social event.Services are provided by a group of volunteer drivers and helpers organised by a central group ofvolunteer office staff based in a small building.

The provision of housing for needy people resident in the parish of Little Bardfield or the surrounding area.

We are a Musical Theatre group operating out of Bournville, Birmingham, open to all age ranges from students upwards and working with Children where the show requires. We have an annual show as well as a number of concerts around the Birmingham area.We also perform local mini-concerts (retirement homes, local pubs, churches etc) and support the community with carol singing at local events.

Pinhoe Community Hub is a community-led initiative to develop a new community centre, housing library, desperately needing of a new home, a contemporary community centre, with a cafe, meeting rooms and IT access, to meet the needs of the expanding community of Pinhoe. At this stage in the project we are developing the plans for the building and raising funds to build it

The Al Madad Trust Mandate is to uplift the living conditions of needy people and communities in developing countries, through the provision of infrastructure development such as houses, schools, clinics, roads, wells, civic education, ambulances, transportation capacity building in skills and trades, empowerment of women, men and children in those communities, the charity also works locally in UK

Still working hard to maintain the Village Hall, which is now 29 years old. We have replaced heating, doors, flooring and the kitchen in the hall. The car park has been refurbished, and we opened our new playground summer 2013. We have refurbished toilets, installed new internal dividing doors, renewed fences,created a community library. A local football club uses the centre as their home base.

To provide accommodation and any associated amenities to people in necessitous circumstances and to provide training to people in need to assist with the life skills needed to run their own home.

We engage with the young people within the community with our youth group YAY (Young Adults and Youth in Ministry). We have a wide range of religious and leisure activities for young adults which take place where we hold our services and provides a safe environment for local youths to meet outside of their home environment. The events include leisure activities and visits.

Regular teaching and preaching of Bible truths are given at Woodfield Gospel Hall. Services are provided for all age groups. Visits to local schools and retirement homes made. Gifts made to Christian bodies in UK and abroad.

A Parish hall serving the a community of 1600 persons together with the surrounding small villages and hamlets in a deprived rural community with little or no public transport. The objects of FACT are to advance the Christian Religion, in particular through the education of children and adults. FACT seeks to meet these objects by carrying out presentations for children and adults in pre-school settings; Consultation work with churches aiding work amongst children and families; The creation, production, demonstration and distribution of 'Time to Share at Home' boxes.

A Day Centre for Latin American older people living in London. The centre provides English classes, Latin American folk dance, guitar lessons, drawings and painting in canvass, computer lessons, handy craft and jewllery, exercise sessions, sewing sesions, transalation of documents and phone translations, housing and benefits advice sessions and trips to places of interests.

Clients from Grove and the surrounding area attend our purpose-built Day Centre in Grove which is open every Tuesday and Thursday (excl. Christmas). We employ several part time staff and also have several volunteers. Home cooked meals are provided each day. Activities include supervised care, entertainment, arts and crafts, stretching or other gentle exercise and mental stimulation games.

The provision for aged persons in need of housing and any associated amenities specifically designed or adapted to meet the disabilities or needs of such persons.

Christians Against Poverty Peterborough provides free debt counselling, Job Clubs and coffee mornings for client support. The Community Shop is a place to meet, serving tea, cake and selling second-hand items. Foodbank team provides food parcels; Acts435 provides grants for those in need; Hope into Action houses 2 people locally.
