Kwizera works with orphans and other vulnerable children in the Kigezi area of south west Uganda. Sponsors are recruited in the UK to pay for the children's school/college fees and other school necessities, and to support the children's carers if they are very poor. Money is also raised to pay for repairs to (and occasionally a complete rebuild of) the family homes of the sponsored children.

The objectives of the Trust are to support religious and other charitable work both overseas and at home, and the relief of the poor and needy and to help the sick and aged.

We provide a safe place for domesticated ferrets and polecats. We take in and unwanted, sick and straying ferrets and polecats. We also try to rehome as many as possible but when we can not due to health or behaviour issues, we offer a permanent home at the rescue.

WRUK will offer shelter or sanctuary for animals which are in need of medical attention; providing medical treatment for animals; actively seeking new homes for rescued animals.To rescue and to provide sanctuary to Westies, Westie Crossbreeds and other small Terriers in the UK that have been abandoned, lost, neglected, mistreated or are no longer able to remain with their previous owners.

The Association supports the education and welfare of pupils by fostering relationships with staff, parents and other associates of the school and engaging in activities which assist the pupils' education both in and out of the classroom. Fund raising events include the annual garden party, car boot sales, quizzes. Funds support theatre trips, keep fit/play equipment and larger projects.

PROVIDE RIDING FOR ABOUT 50 DISABLED PEOPLE IN SW CORNWALL, BY RUNNING 5 SESSIONS EACH WEEK DURING SCHOOL TERM TIME. RIDERS COME FROM SCHOOLS, DAY CENTRES AND INDEPENDENT HOMES. RIDERS MAY BE RECOMMENDED TO US BY A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER, CARE WORKER OR MAKE THEIR OWN APPLICATION. The charity provides subsidised housing for the elderly - the wish of the benefactor Ann Muff.
