We are an Astronomical Society with an observatory and meeting room situated at Beacon Hill, Cleethorpes. Although a members' society, all our activities are open to the general public. We organise talks, sessions for newcomers to astronomy, public observing evenings, Informal meetings and outreach sessions for schools, scouting groups and other organisations.

The Exovent team was formed in March 2020 with the objective of helping the UK, and the world, address the challenge of COVID-19. Brindle Women's Institute meets once a month, we have speakers on many subject sometimes educational, sometimes local interest groups, handycrafts, hobbies or purely entertaining for our member. This organisation provides a platform for local women to improve their education, craft skills and social contact. It also enables involvement on important issues both locally and nationally.

Promotion of Model Railway modelling and related activities and skills

A registered educational charity to promote the public understanding of science and technology and to provide a club for those interested in science and, in particular, astronomy. The members meet up regularly to interchange information on the subject via observing sessions and visiting lecturers.

Using the preserved aircraft on site, the Jetstream Club helps to educate both the general public and many youth organisations who express an interest in aviation related activities.

The Spirit of Goole is a registered charity founded in 2012 to offer young people (known by us as Sprockets) from disadvantaged and deprived background the opportunity to learn new skills in engineering and an affordable way to learn to fly an aeroplane.

The Leeds Astronomical Society provides talks, observing sessions and practical help for enthusiastic amateur astronomers, interested members of the public and groups of all ages. We also organise and participate in astronomy events.

Provision of small grants to care-experienced young people 25 or under in, or previously in, the care of Bristol City Council. The grants are to provide opportunities for positive experiences, hobbies and a chance to make memories. The grants are not for household items, emergencies, or basic requirements.

Raising awareness of mental health issues across the aviation industry including, but not limited to: 1. online resources relating to mental health issues;2. working with aviation industry stakeholders to promote mental health awareness and provide mental health related services.

Weekly 1 day meetings 10.30-3.30 to provide physical & emotional support for cancer sufferers & those in remission. Therapy is provided, meals, discussion groups, visiting speakers. Opportunity to develop new skills & hobbies. Excursions 2-3 times per year. Transport provided for hospital appointments.

The society's function is to bring astronomy education to the general public and provide a regular meeting place for those interested in astronomy and space sciences. Alongside our monthly meetings, our outreach work includes dedicated observing events and talks to schools, youth groups, adult groups and other external groups. All ages and abilities are welcome.
