The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for the benefit of the inhabitants of north somerset.

We provide social activities for young people from age 5 to 17, including sports, cookery & handicrafts. These mainly take place in the safe environment of our own premises. We hold various functions to raise money for the Group i.e. Quiz & Chip nights & raffles.

Provides a facility for local people to meet at many different groups, including a Youth Club and Bowls club and provides a venue for Scarecrow Day, and other local fund-raising events.

We continue to develop young people in the Beavers; Cubs and Scouts engaging them in various activities e.g. Archery; Shooting; Camping etc. Competing in competitions with other groups in the Waveney area.

Sporting activities include, Bowling in partnership with Cortonwood Crown Green Bowling Club, Junior & Youth Football in partnership with Brampton United JFC.Community boxing & fitness for juniors & adults in partnership with Micky's Athletic Boxing Club. Establishment in 2020/21 of Brampton Netball Club. Dance classes & personal training via local businesses who lease building space.

Football training and team matchplay.

Connexions Community Hub is a registered charity, and has become a focal point in the town, bringing the community together in over 12 activities each week. With rooms available for hire, as well as activities such as a Youth Club, Colouring Club, Arts and Crafts, Karate, Open Days and Coffee Mornings organised by Trustees and Volunteers. The project focuses on the whole community.

Carlisle Villa ABC provides boxing and fitness activities to the local community.

To provide a range of services and activities to meet the needs of the local community, such as health services and sports, as well as traditional social pursuits

The charity objectives include the development of young people with regards to achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential. We offer a programme of activities which include amateur boxing training, fitness training and other sports related activities.

City Rugby Foundation operates in England and Wales organising sporting related events to raise funds which are then distributed to charities upon application to its Grants Committee

To relieve persons in need or hardship by financial and moral support, in particular in international projects.Advance Education in accordance with Christian Principles.

At present we have six football teams from under 9 to under 16. Our income comes from signing on fees. The sale of sale of sweets and drinks from our Tuck shop. The hire of our hall to a dance school, line dancing group and a judo club. We also hold fund raising events.We receive very little outside funding. Everybody donates their time.

The World Netball Foundation will use the reach of netball to deliver positive and lasting outcomes, changing lives of individuals and improving communities on a global basis.

The charity provides funding for various charitable needs including the young and elderly, humanitarian relief, sports activities, relief of poverty , education and environmental matters. The area covered by the charity is Alnwick and North Northumberland. Donations to overseas humanitarian relief is via the Lions District and Lions International organisation.

SoundCafe (SCL) aims to inspire those who are homeless or socially isolated as a consequence of their living arrangements, by providing safe creative spaces. SCL offers opportunities for guests to access services that encourage their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being, enabling them to sing together as a choir, creative writing, arts, crafts and football health & well-being workshops.
