Activities & Mission

OCO is dedicated to making contemporary opera in English accessible to the public. Our aims are to perform the work of new and established living composers, to promote the talents of young professionals both in singing roles and also in directorial and craft positions, and to include the community in productions onstage and behind the scenes especially working with schools and young people.
