A Christian Church which meets on Sundays and during the week, to teach and help people grow and mature in their personal Christian faith. The new building improvements enable the church to reach out to young people, and to community groups. The church supports a variety of people and christian organisations involved in Proclaiming the Gospel. Since March 2020 services have been held online.

To provide a open location for souls to worship in spirit and truth the Lord Jesus Christ, provide Biblical teaching and preaching as well as participate in many outreach programs to improve our community. We work with the local council in provided classes to improve our residents way of living as well as provide a youth group, youth camp and baby and toddlers group.

1. Recognition of the true position of ringers as church workers & the encouragement of ringing for Divine Service.2. Promotion of the Art of Change Ringing - giving instruction to bands of ringers desiring it.3. Provision of an Advisory Service on the maintenance and restoration of church bells & fittings.4. The primary aim of NCF is to provide restoration for Christian key workers, along with Christians in positions of leadership, and teams involved in gospel mission and ministry. We provide: a place of privacy and peace for individual or small group retreat / rest, a place for relaxation with friends or family, a place for kingdom related teamwork. Beacon House of Prayer provides a Christian prayer resource centre, a place for people to explore prayer and the spiritual dimension of life, undertakes training about prayer and aspects of the Christian faith, organises sustained prayer and worship, provides teaching and Christian prayer activities, offers prayer for healing, and is a resource for local congregations and individuals.

The object of the Trust is to give assistance by way of loan or grant to members of the Inner Temple who are in need, dependants of a member are not directly eligible for assistance. The Trust has widened its scope to give assistance to some Inner Temple students and pupils, who through no fault of their own, would not otherwise be able to complete the course or their pupillage.

Activities aimed at fulfilling the objects of the organisation include weekly Sunday services and Saturday Bible Study/Evangelism. The church organises a number of special services at Christmas, and on Mothers & Fathers day.ELCC also provides pastoral care for disadvantaged people, the elderly, single mums and divorced/separated couples and helping them get back on their feet.

As Scouts we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each Week Holmes Chapel Scout Group give young people of Holmes Chapel and the local area, the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed.

The Scheme for the administration of the Fund provides that the income be applied for charitable purposes-educational,recreational and social,at the discretion of the Council.
