This Charity is charged with the care of the building known both as Church House, Nantwich and the Parish Hall. The trustees manage the building and associated assets for the benefit of St Mary's Church, Nantwich and the wider community.

The charity conducts Christian worship services open to the public at Stoke Ash Baptist Church. It teaches the Christian gospel from the Bible to children, young people and people of all ages through a variety of activities. It provides pastoral care to people. It supports other Christian organisations that teach the Christian gospel and/or donates funds for humanitarian aid.

The charity is a church holding regular public worship services. Members also hold worship services at HMP The Verne and HMP Guys Marsh.A Parent and Toddler group is run by church members two mornings a week.

To advance the Christian religion primarily, but not exclusively, in Maerdy and the surrounding area for the benefit of the general public. This is done through holding worship services on Sundays, and in the week Bible studies, carer/toddler meetings, children's activities, coffee mornings and various other activities. We also support missionaries both in the UK and abroad.

The charity is involved in christian education and training, relief of poverty, overseas aid/famine relief, through the mechanism of Bible study, prayer, fellowship and financial giving. Those in need are helped practically and encouraged to bring their lives into alignment with God's purposes through christian discipleship.Each member is valued as a minister.
