The Friends is established to assist in preserving and maintaining in a safe,sound and stable condition the fabric and structure of the Parish Church of St. Dionysius,Market Harborough in the Diocese of Leicester as a building for the benefit of the local community,and,for as long as needed,as a place of Christian Worship.Fund raising is undertaken to achieve objectives

a) The advancement of the Christian faith as part of the Global Church of the Nazarene and the Church of the Nazarene Inc, principally but not exclusively Northern England.b) To serve and enhance the local community

(1) Organise religious activities like Navratri and Diwali. (2) Donate to other charities like British Heart Foundation etc. (3) Donate to community members undertaking fundraising for other charities. (4) Organise cultural activities like drama, picnics, visits to Temples for the community members.

Upkeep and maintenance of church at Winderton, Warwickshire

Acts of public worship open to all. Provision of sacred space for personal reflection and contemplation. Pastoral work, including visiting the sick and bereaved. Teaching christianity through sermons, courses and small groups.

To advance the Christian Religion, in particular by assisting with the restoration, improvement and maintenance of the fabric of All Saints' Church, Shillington.

IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME IN ANY YEAR IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN MANNER A FOR SAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME FOR FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE PARISH OF ST. EDMUNDS, DOWNHAM MARKET, NORFOLK.

This is a restricted charity.Primary aim is to support the Choir of All Saints Church Leighton Buzzard. Secondary aims are to support the upkeep and repair of this parish church and the maintenance of the services therein.

Choral singing, in concerts and in church services, including carol services for the benefit of other charitable organisations.

To provide and maintain premises for Christian worship and associated activities. Christian teaching nurture and any actiivities compatible with the foregoing objectives
