A shed?s activities usually involve making or mending in wood (eg carpentry, joinery, turning, carving, whittling, marquetry, furniture renovation) but may include metalworking (milling, sheet metal, welding etc) bike repair, gardening, electronics, tool renovation, boat renovation, model engineering (model railways, planes) and even building a car!

Our activities include teaching, preaching and propagating Bible based Christianity. We support and share the gospel of Jesus Christ with our community. We also support the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our church members and community through prayer, pastoral care, counselling and more.

WOMEN FELLOWSHIP/ SHARING GOOD NEWS OF CHRIST IN LOCAL COMMUNITY

Grace Church Hilton exists to present and commend the Christian faith and to help Christians grow in their faith. We do so through meeting together for times of worship, Bible teaching and fellowship on Sundays and in smaller groups through the week. We organise special events for children and adults to hear the message of the Christian faith and seek to play an active role in the community.

To advance the Christian religion for the benefit of the public by: Raising funds towards the cost of any repairs or restoration required to the fabric or structure of the Parish Church and Churchyard of Colerne; Organising volunteers to take part in related fund raising activities; Encouraging the attendance of people living within the Parish of Colerne at the services of the Church.

Furthering the religious and other charitable work of the Church of England in the ecclesiastical Parish of St Mary the Virgin, Upton Scudamore

(a) to advance the Christian faith in accordance with the Statement of Belief in London and in such other parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the Trustees may from time to time think fit and to fulfil such other purposes which are exclusively charitable. (b) to relieve persons who are in conditions of need or hardship or who are aged or sick and to relieve the distress caused thereby.

The Principal Activities of the Charity are Christian worship and involvement of various ministries and ministers of Religion in propagating the Christian Tenets of faith to members (and non-members) who seek to develop an understanding of the Gospel through the various meetings provided by the Church.
