The Charity provides various facilities to the local Islamic community, the main one being the provision of prayers 5 times per day. Other facilities provided include: facilities for weddings, funeral preparations and prayers. The Mosque also provides Islamic education and holds sporting activities for a wide range of children.

The charity seeks to prevent or relieve poverty in the Earlsfield and surrounding areas by providing food to individuals in need. The charity's main activity is to run a foodbank one morning per week to help those living in the SW18 and SW17 postcode areas who are short of food or other essentials. Donations of money and food are primarily received through local churches, mosque and supermarkets.

Madina Trust is constituted by Trust Deed dated 6 January 1998 and Supplemental Deed dated 29 October 1998 and its objects are the advancement of the Islamic faith and dissemination of the teachings of Islam.
