The Foundation was established in memory of Dr Benjamin Angel. It supports a range of educational, medical and other charitable causes of which the trustees believe Benjamin would have been proud, in particular in the Jewish community, in Israel and in the medical field. Its funds are substantially committed.

To advance such charitable purposes (according to the law of England and Wales) asthe trustees see fit from time to time in particular but not limited to making grantstowards advancing the orthodox Jewish faith, the relief of sickness and preservation of health and therelief of financial hardship and poverty.

Promotion of Jewish education and to alleviate poverty.

THE ADVANCEMENT OF LIBERAL JUDAISM; TO PROVIDE, ARRANGE AND CONDUCT RELIGIOUS SERVICES FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE CONGREGATION; TO PROVIDE, MAINTAIN AND CARRY ON A PLACE OF WORSHIP; TO PROVIDE RELIGIOUS SERVICES FOR ALL AND CLASSES AND SERVICES FOR CHILDREN; TO ARRANGE FACILITIES FOR THE BURIAL OR CREMATION OF MEMBERS; TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO ENABLE MARRIAGES TO BE SOLEMNISED.

During the year the Charity purchased a building to house the Etz Chaim Boys School in Salford. The independent school has a current student roll of over 200 boys aged between 11 and 16 and provides education according to the tenets of the Orthodox Jewish religion in line with the objectives of the charity.

Provision of income & such capital as decided upon by the trustees by way of donation to local and national Jewish charities.

OBJECTS To pay or apply "the whole of the income and capital of the Trust Fund in support of the charitable work of the school and towards or in furtherance and promotion of the Orthodox Jewish religion,.

The advancement of the orthodox Jewish faith for the public benefit in such ways as the charity trustees think fit and in particular but without limitation by establishing managing and supporting a learning centre in North West London and through the holding of educational events, public lectures, trips to Israel and celebrations of religious festivals.

To advance such charitable purposes (according to the law of England and Wales) as the trustees see fitfrom time to time particularly but not limited to advancing the Jewish religion, advancing Jewish religiouseducation and the alleviation of poverty among the Jewish community throughout the world.

The relief of financial hardship, either generally or individually, of people living in the vicinity NW London and the surrounding areas, in particular, but not exclusively the Jewish community, by making grants of money for providing or paying for items services, or facilities.

For the public benefit to advance the orthodox Jewish religion in local area for the benefit of the public through the provision and maintenance of a synagogue, the conducting of religious ceremonies, the holding of prayer meetings, lectures and public celebration of religious festivals. Contributing to the spiritual and moral education of children. Relieving poverty.

The organisation raises funds for children, young people and elderly, people and people with disabilities. for education to advance the Jewish faith in particular in South Africa including funding for burial facilities that comply with the Jewish faith. Maintenance of such cemeteries. Funding for care homes that provide an environment which adheres to particular religious doctrines and practices.
