To advance the education of the public by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education and community cohesion, the advancement of the Abrahamic religions (Christianity, Islam and Judaism), medical rehabilitation and the relief of financial hardship by the provision of grants, services or facilities.

To advance the Orthodox Jewish religion for the benefit of the public, primarily but not exclusively by making such financial and administrative provision as the Trustees shall deem necessary and proper to secure the burial rights of the remaining Congregation Members, provide for the maintenance of the cemetery, and provide for the spiritual needs of Greater Bradford Orthodox Jewry.

To advance education primarily but not exclusively to Judaism and the Jewish faith by way of grants, bursaries and endowments. To advance education by assisting in the funding and establishment of apprenticeships to teach the skills (such as polishing and cutting gems) necessary to prepare apprentices for work in the jewellery industry.

Bursaries are awarded to 14 to 21 year old Jewish pupils who are in danger of under-achieving because of adverse family and/or financial pressures. Scholarships are available for Jewish students who have the ability to enter university but might not do so because of their circumstances. If funds allow, grants are made to agencies giving care and/or education to Jewish children and young people.

We are an Orthodox Jewish Community and hold religious services in the synagogue. We also have an outreach department and have both schools of all denominations and other organisations, who come to learn and understand about Judaism and how close it is to their own religion, such as christianity.
