The trust deed allows charitable grants to be made to any charitable foundation, institutions or individual (for charitable purposes) that the trustees see fit. The trustees continue to support principally, but not exclusively, Jewish charitable causes and have a particular interest in continuing their support in the areas of higher education, medical research and welfare support.

The objects of the charity are to establish, support and maintain Jewish schools for the education of Jewish boys from the age of 10 to 18 years.The charity has continued to achieve this objective through the provision of a Jewish boy's school in Manchester.The school accepts its wider social responsibilities by students who benefit their co-religionists as well as the wider community.

Promotion of a range of training, resource and developmental services to youth organisations in the Jewish Community

The principal object of the charity is to raise funds for supporting the Jordan River Village whose mission is to enrich the lives of Jewish and Arab children, in Israel and in the neighbouring countries, suffering from serious illness and life-threatening conditions by creating free, fun filled, memorable, empowering, medically sound and safe camping exercises.

Raising funds to provide assistance to the elderly and infirm of the Jewish Community

THE OBJECTS ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE THE JEWISH RELIGION AND RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN SUCH A WAY AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT.The Charity operates in Israel and provides finance to implement educational visits to Israel by young adults living in England, in particular, but not exclusively, those between the ages of 18 and 32.

For advancement of the Jewish religion particularly by the provision of of Torah scroll or scrolls to a synagogue or synagogues in need of one, and also for general charitable purposes

The Charity aims to advance education and understanding of the Jewish religion and culture for the benefit of the public in particular, but not exclusively, through the restoration, production, translation, publication and/or distribution of religious texts and other literature whether in print or electronic/digital formats in order to enlighten others about the Jewish religion and culture.

The charity collects funds which it then distributes to other charitable bodies who render aid to members of the Jewish faith who suffer poverty , opression and illness etc in the UK

Raises funds to distribute to agencies providing services to Jewish children in need of special care in the UK and Israel. Provides equipment of all kinds and supports specific projects for children who are blind, deaf, mentally or physically disabled, orphaned, neglected, deprived, abused, refugee or in need of medical care.

PROVIDES FOR THE RELIGIOUS WELFARE OF THE JEWISH COMMUNITY IN THE AREA OF LEICESTER

The Associations purpose is the provision of accomodation, housing and welfare for elderly Jewish people and particularly for former refugees from Nazi oppression.

To raise funds to cover its objectives of grant making in support of necessitous Jewish refugees

The main objectives of the synagogue is to further the advancement if Liberal Judaism. It provides a place of worship, provides rabbinical services, arranges conversions to Judaism, the solemnisation of marriages and funerals to members. It provides a religion school for children and adult education and a friendship club for senior members and the wider community.

The Charity is established for the public benefit to advance religion by teaching and practising the beliefs and practices of Liberal Judaism, in particular but not exclusively, by making grants to the Liberal Jewish Synagogue, registered company 9113305 and registered charity 1159292. On 1 January 2015, the charity transferred its assets to the Liberal Jewish Synagogue charity number 9113305
