The charity provides out-of-school hours activities for children with disabilities, primarily from the Jewish communities in the London Borough of Barnet, Brent, Hackney and Haringey and other cities in England. The charity's aims are to provide social, leisure and developmental benefits to children with disabilities and support and respite to their families.

The principal activity of the company in the year under review was that of advancement of Orthodox Jewish religious education, the relief of poverty sickness and infirmity amongst members of the Jewish faith and the advancement of such other objects as are charitable according to English Law.

The charity publishes and prints books on the subject of Jewish Law and religion which it distributes to individuals and religious organisations

Established in May 2002, and registered as a Charity in August 2007. It has membership from the following faith groups: Christian, Bah+í'+¡, Buddhist, Hindu, Islamic, Jewish and Sikh. It exists to enable the voice of the people of various faiths in Preston to be heard in the formal decision-making community bodies of the Preston Strategic Partnership and the Preston Community Network

The Charity primarily supports health and education in the UK and in Israel. Donations were made to universities, schools, Ben Uri which is a Jewish Museum of art and similar organisations.

THE CHARITY WAS FORMED FOR TO ADVANCE RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ORTHODOX JEWISH FAITH AND FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE RECOGNISED BY ENGLISH LAW AS CHARITABLE.

The support and maintenance of the Elstree and Borehamwood Masorti Community (the "Community") and the advancement and promotion of the practice and teaching of Masorti (traditional) Judaism in accordance with the provisions of the memorandum and articles.

The advancement and furtherance of Jewish religion and Jewish religious education, alleviation of poverty amongst the Jewish community and the advancement of such other charitable purposes as the Trustees may from time to time determine.
