The Parish of Widford has two churches; the parish church of St. Mary and Church of the Holy Spirit. We offer services on Sundays and during the week hold groups and activities for the community from new born in Toddler group to people in their 90's.

St. Michael and All Angels, Twerton is an Anglican Parish Church which provides Sunday and weekday services, teaching and children's groups, marriage and funeral services. Rose Cottage is a church-based Community Cafe and Centre which provides meals and help for those in Twerton. The Rec House is a church-based performing Arts Centre used mainly by schools and young people in the community.

Our primary objective is the promotion of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ according to the doctrines and practices of the Church of England. We work to promote the whole mission of the Church: pastoral; evangelistic; social and ecumenical. Our historic church building, which has been a landmark in Bow for 700 years, is a sign of the central place of Christian faith in the community.
