The Charity is the Parochial Church Council of St.Michael and All Angels, Kingsland, Herefordshire. It is responsible for the Parish Church, the fabric and the use of the building as a centre for Christian worship in the village of Kingsland, and is part of the Church of England.

The principal purpose of the charity is the advancement of the Christian faith according to the principles of the Baptist denomination, including education, community service and other charitable activities for public benefit.

Regular public worship open to all; provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation; pastoral work, including visiting the sick and bereaved; teaching of Christianity in various groups; the provision of youth and children's with a Christian ethos; taking religious assemblies in schools; promotion of Christianity all in the Parish. Neighbourhood Church is a small and growing church, rooted in orthodox Christian faith. We welcome people at whatever stage of their faith journey. We meet every Sunday and also in small groups throughout the week. St Paulinus Parchial Church Council (PCC) has the responsibility of co-operating with the incumbant in promoting in the parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical, the provision of church services, baptisms, weddings, funerals, youth and children's work and teaching adults through home groups and confirmation.
