RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES HELPING GENERAL PUBLIC/MANKIND

The Parochial Church Council (PCC) of the Wednesfield Team works with the team clergy and through the District Church Councils of the team to promote the worship, mission and ministry of the Church of England in the Ecclesiastical Parish of Wednesfield, within the Diocese of Lichfield and Archdeaconry of Walsall.

The object of the trust is to assist financially with the preservation, repair, maintenance and preservation of Christian churches and chapels in Dorset. The trustees decide as a matter of policy from time to time which of those things shall be aided by grants made by them.

Regular public worship, open to all. Provision of quiet place for personal prayer. Pastoral work, including visiting the sick and the bereaved. The Charity runs a weekly Parent and Toddler Group, mid-week activities for children/young people;a Youth Drop in Cafe and activities for disaffected young people. A weekly well being cafe offering fellowship for anybody feeling mentally under pressure in the community. Practical help including a food bank. Provides leadership training. Hosts and supports other charity community events/concerts.
