St John the Evangelist (St John's) is the Parish Church of Goole, conducting Anglican services of worship and life events (baptisms, weddings and funerals) within the parish, as well as opportunities for further Christian engagement. St John's conducts community groups for all ages, such as toddler groups and coffee mornings, to which all are welcome regardless of their faith.

Contemporary and informal in style, WCC is an evangelical, all age fellowship who follows Jesus and serves our local community. Wolverton Evangelical Church operates in Wolverton and provides Sunday morning and evening services to which everyone is welcome and we also provide meetings for; Parent and toddlers, primary-age children, youth group and seniors group. We also run a market stall in Wolverton.

The Church is an evangelical christian organisation and is part of the Baptist denomination of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. It seeks to promote the Christian Faith and is eager to serve the local community as well as supporting various christian ministries around the world.

Sedgley Community Church charitable objects are:- reach all age groups in the community and beyond with the gospel and to see Christ formed in them, promote discipleship and develop gifting in each individual in order to encourage ministry that will teach the world.

Regular public worship including baptism and communion on occasions. Evangelism and mission, education and teaching in the Christian faith. Giving and encouraging pastoral care. Supporting and encouraging charitable social action.

The purposes of the church are:1.
