Bluesky Retreat is a safe, tranquil environment able to offer counselling and complimentary therapies to parents who have lost a child under the age of 18. The retreat is set up to provide residential help and support. We are currently fundraising to be able to purchase the required land.

We are an independent volunteer counselling service based in York City, providing professional short-term (usually 6 weeks) counselling and support to the local community from 16 years old onwards. Presenting issues may include anxiety, mild to moderate depression, bereavement, domestic and relationship issues, addiction, post-trauma effects and the long-term impact of early life events.

We seek to support bereaved children, young people and their families living in the York area so that they are better able to cope with the impact of grief on their lives. We do this by running monthly peer support drop-in sesssions, offering a 1:1 therapeutic support service for those children who need it as well as recreational activities, a parental support group and training days for schools.

The charity's objects and principal activity is to help in the relief of families suffering from bereavement through the loss of a child during pregnancy in such ways as the trustees from time to time may think fit.

We donate, all collections of food taken at Harvest and Christmas, to our local food bank.. Help and advise all who may need counselling in any form whether bereavement or life difficulties.

This is a wellbeing project aimed specifically at men as they do not tend to have the social networks of women, so when they are made redundant, or retire, or are bereaved -they do not have the friendship support network on which to lean on through difficult times.

Eden's Trust provides free 10 week guided therapy programs (Begin to Heal), and monthly drop in groups (The Healing Place), for those who have lost a child. The groups are led by our highly skilled counsellors and aim to support bereaved parents through their loss, providing participants with the information and skills they need to begin to recover and continue with life, albeit differently.

Supporting people in the community who are going through difficult times financially this could be due to homelessness, break down of relationship or bereavement, change in benefit or general cost of living increases.Support with food, toiletries, clothing, small household items, school uniform. The Daniel Estick Trust provides hand made memory boxes to children's hospices, hospitals and bereavement support services working with parents who experience the loss of a child.

Lisa Shaw Little Uns is a North East based charity trust . The aim is to raise money to help bereaved children that have lost a parent through forseen or unforseen circumstances. We will provide grants to established organisations so they can offer financial aid, support and accomodation.

The Bereavement Counselling Service has been available in Warrington since 1987. It was set up as a charity and is validated by the charities commission.The service was primarily set up to support and counsel people who live in the Warrington area who are having difficulties with the natural grieving process, in particular the protection and promotion of good health, both mental and physical.

The association is established to alleviate the physical and mental distress of persons with cancer, of the partners and immediate family of persons with cancer and of persons recently bereaved through cancer. We organise activity-based support groups for mental health and wellbeing for adults in The Ashdown Forest area. Ganga Prem Hospice is a spiritually-oriented charity whose aim is to work with and for terminally ill cancer patients. We provide medical, social, emotional and spiritual support for individuals and their loved ones as they face cancer and in their ongoing grief.Our current project is the construction of a fully equipped hospice in Rishikesh, North India, on the bank of the Holy River Ganga.
