We hold 2 fairs annually, summer and Christmas time. We also hold cake sales, book sales, sweet cone sales and gift sales. We hold discos for all year groups and hold non-uniform days where children wear their own clothes for a £1 donation. We also have Christmas card designs for sale. All of this helps to raise important funds to expand the childrens' learning.

Grit Street Aid provides mobile assistance to around 50 rough sleepers and homeless each week throughout Greater Manchester. In Romania the charity provides orphanages & poor communities with: funds, food, clothes, medication, helps fund building homes & bought an apartment to house girls from an orphanage on a program to help them become independent. In the Democratic Republic of Congo the charity has been working on an Education programme to assist children ranging from 5-19 years in different areas of the country.

We make donations of household goods such as clothing & cooking utensils. We provide domestic support, run a charity shop. We visit people (elderly & vulnerable widows & widowers & their families). We help every widows & widowers with their other needs but not money (cash) because we are in debt. We will help with finance fund when the shop picks up and we've cleared our debt.
